There was a whole lot of fun happening this morning at the funicular. Burpees, sprints, pushups, plank exercises, stairs, sit-ups, and tricep dips…a mixed bag of fitness treats!
I don’t know about you but this morning seemed to fly by. It felt like we just got started and then we were in place for the picture. It captures for me how fast the month of November has passed. If feels like just last week we were announcing the #NPbutton challenge and now on Wednesday, it’s already race day.
Speaking of the #NPbutton challenge, today’s edition of “What’s in the Bag?,” (I hope you read that with your best game show host impression, if not, go back a read it over again, maybe aloud…it’s fun, trust me!), was an exciting one! Not only were November Project/Brooks Summit #7 socks revealed as a gift to our community but it was also a button day!!! The Ezio Faraone button was released today – that’s now button 2/11. Stay tuned for the edition of “What’s in the Bag” as you never know when button #3 will be released.
The count down is on…only 5 more workouts until November Project Canada’s 1000 workout!!!
