Today the #NP_IND tribe took the 317 to the South side; which is quickly becoming our favorite side, if you haven’t noticed. We quickly reviewed ass-in-hugging procedure, also known as hips-in-hugging amongst other tribes. You’ll know it when you feel it. There it is!! The bounce got interactive and mobile, which will henceforth be known as “bounce and mix”. The definition of “bounce and mix” (verb) according to urban dictionary, is using the bounce as means of transportation to hug amongst tribe members.
The workout was simple. 3 burpee tuck jumps, 1 trip up to the gold door, 7 P.U.D.D.s; on repeat for 30 minutes. For the record, there was no vomit, just lots and lots of sweat. Log your reps on the tracker!
