The Bridges of Hennepin and Ramsey Counties

This summer’s hottest workout craze is running bridges. Every couple of weeks you’re going to see a post from us about running bridges. Your challenge is that during the remainder of the week (Monday-Sunday), you get yourself to the bridge (walk, run, bike, scoot, etc) and then run yourself over the bridge and back. Real cool cats will pick out a bridge a day and knock them out systematically. Wild cats will maybe split them up into two sets and grab them at their leisure. Some of you kittens might even tackle them all at once. However you do it, do it. You prize is exploring the world around you on your own two feet (or a unicycle or whatever). read more

We are proud of our individual results but we cherish collective accomplishments. We inspire one another with hard work, we lead through our actions, and we support with our words. Nothing less will be tolerated, both at workouts and on online communities/social media.

November Project Community Agreements

Today I want to give a huge shout out to our amazing community who continue to elevate, motivate, and support one another. Just in this past week I have seen you cheer on virtual marathon runs, crew river valley ultras, welcome new babies to the NP family, motivate others through your IG stories & posts, and gather safely as small cohorts to continue to encourage one another to keep moving. In addition, I’ve personally engaged in new types of conversations on how we can grow and improve in our inclusiveness and am aware that those types of dialogues are happening among our community members. All of this continues to build and strengthen our community even when we cannot be together physically and it makes me so proud. read more

Exciting Updates (CHI)

**UPDATED AUGUST 11, 2020**

The time has come. Starting this Friday August 7th we are going to host our first in-person official workout as one group. Same time as usual, 6am, at Seward Park!  We hope you’re excited to join us! Wednesday workouts will remain on Zoom, 6:18am. Let me say that again: Wednesday workouts are being held on Zoom at 6:18am, Friday workouts are being held in person at Seward Park at 6am. Got it?
